is-layout-constrained\">\n<p>Our new\u00a0<strong>In-Work Support Service<\/strong>\u00a0provides high quality interventions which can help to reduce\u00a0the impact of health issues in the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>We are offering support to both individuals and businesses.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">For Individuals<\/h4>\n<p>The service is available to anyone aged 16 or over, living in Powys, who<br \/>is Employed, Self-employed or an Apprentice.<\/p>\n<p>We provide therapeutic support to help people who are absent from work, or at risk of becoming absent, due to their ill-health.\u00a0 Using a range of local partners we aim to help people in the Powys wide area to remain in or\u00a0return to employment.<\/p>\n<p>Our service is starting in the summer (we\u2019ll up date you as soon as possible with a start date).<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7\" practices.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This element of the service is open to small to medium enterprises, based in Powys and can help your business to\u00a0create healthier workplaces by making improvements to your health and\u00a0wellbeing practices, policies or guidance.<\/p>\n<p>The service will be starting in the Summer (we will update with the start date asap).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<section
