Support for Individuals
Stress and anxiety can have a huge impact on our working lives, causing us to feel overwhelmed and struggle to deal with everyday pressures. If we don’t seek support to help us deal with these issues it can lead to further impacts on our lives, including physical health issues and sickness absence. This in turn can add more worry to our lives, including financial stresses.
If you are struggling, the In-Work Support Service can help.
Our service offers fast and free access to a range of therapeutic interventions, designed to support you to deal with the issues you are facing and get you back on your feet.
This service is confidential; we will not inform your employer that you are accessing the service unless you wish us to do so.
